Hey y’all! I’m Beth.
Dots and Beyond began with the Dots of a blank dot-grid notebook and my Bullet Journal® journey. I started sharing plan with me videos of my creative bullet journal spreads and custom journals on YouTube and found a community I adore. I still love those dots, but I also love the Beyond... sharing about reading, planning, and mental health.
By day, I am an event manager. It is an industry of constant evolution. My natural curiosity and drive for innovation helps me streamline processes and procedures. It really is about working smarter, not harder.
I live openly with bipolar disorder. Diagnosed more than 25 years ago, I campaign for open dialogue around mental health. Journaling plays a vital role in how I live successfully with a much-misunderstood and maligned mental illness. Let’s chat about.
Recently, I added bookish content to Dots and Beyond. My childhood was spent in the highlands of Kenya—the daughter of a librarian. We had no TV, so I read books. This love of the written word led to a BA in English Literature. I can’t help but share what I am reading with the world.
